After more than two years of work, I am happy to share the Start-up Law Publication!
Start-up Law provides a broad overview of the key legal questions that entrepreneurs, start-ups, and lawyers are required to master.
Together with a group of experts from five different jurisdictions we provide direction on the wide array of legal questions and challenges that start-ups face. Start-up law features analysis from five jurisdictions that represent a variety of legal traditions across different continents. Expert contributors address key legal issues for technology-based start-ups and entrepreneurs while providing insights into the law and practice of the countries examined.
As all of the contributors believe in innovation, for which the basis is access to information, the book is open access. Available here.
